She Fitness is an outdoor group fitness and wellbeing program created exclusively for women. Our program is designed to help our clients achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind, in safe, fun, accessible and non-intimidating setting.
All workouts are 45 mins and for women of all ages and fitness levels – beginners welcome!

The ultimate stress reliever and a great fat burner. A perfect mix of high-energy cardio boxing with body weight exercises and a core blast. Don’t worry if you’ve never done it before, you’ll pick it up straight away. A favourite for our members!
A full-body toning session, focusing on improving overall strength and core sculpting. More controlled tempo and slower pace than our Sweat classes, using a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and bodyweight with less running.
A fun, high-energy fat blasting session that targets every part of your body by blending high-intensity interval training, strength exercises and an ab blast all into 45 minutes. This is a guaranteed great workout!
