Our trainers are the best in the industry. We hire only the best personal trainers and fitness professionals. They have studied and trained for years to qualify for our team, and now they are dedicated to making your training experience both rewarding and satisfying. Our trainers are women and men who’s CVs reflect more than just experience in personal training and technical knowledge – on top of this, they have demonstrated passion for all things health and fitness, possess a great can-do attitude, have excellent communication skills, and care about their clients and helping them achieve their goals. All She FITNESS trainers are certified, insured and have current Senior First Aid Certificates.


Angela

coach_angelaManager- you’ll catch her at all locations.

Angela lives and breathes health and fitness and has completed a Bachelor of Human Movement and a Masters in Exercise Physiology. Her friendly, energetic, happy and chirpy persona makes her morning sessions far more effective than a ‘long black’. Her passion for sport is the driving force behind Angela’s dedication. With over 5 years experience in the personal training and bootcamp industry as well as 2 years experience in clinical rehab, Angela focuses on providing sessions ensuring correct technique whilst pushing you to your limits.

Angela enjoys hanging out at the beach, long coastal walks and getting lots of sleep!

 

 


Tanya: Waterloo

Tanya is a passionate fitness instructor, that made the move into the industry after working in a corporate environment for 15 years. Tanya’s vision is to get everyone moving, to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and to have people realise that exercise can be fun. Her preferred training style is functional training, which allows people to do their everyday activities without injury using mainly weights/bodyweight and she also loves to run boxing sessions with her groups.

Tanya’s qualifications include a Punchfit trainer Certficate, Certficate III and IV in Fitness and Kettlebells Level 1 & 2 Certificate. In Tanya’s spare time you’ll catch her at the beach, going to the movies, salsa dancing or trying out new restaurants/bars with friends.


Thomasine (Tamsin)

Thomasine is an exceptional trainer and has an awesome combination of technical knowledge, creativity, passion and a super friendly personality that makes you feel welcome the first time you attend one of her sessions. She loves cross training, and prides herself on her varied sessions with a keen eye on improving running technique. Everyone who attends one of Thomasine’s sessions has a great time and knows they’ve done a workout.

Naturally adventurous, Thomasine has completed her PADI open water SCUBA qualification, and is hoping to do an Everest Base Camp trek in the future.  She has also completed courses in Kettlebells, Powerbags, Battle ropes, and Punchfit boxing.


Elaine: CBD and WATERLOO

Trainer, Wolli Creek & Waterloo

Elaine has incredible knowledge regarding how to train and how to fuel the body and she is a certified nutrition and wellbeing coach. She also happens to be an excellent cook, so if you’re looking for healthy recipes that are actually delicious, she’s the girl to talk to. Elaine has competed in a body building competition, achieving 13% body fat so if you want to train and eat well, Elaine knows what she is doing. Elaine suffers from “foot in mouth syndrome”, so if you hear her say something silly, don’t take it personally as she has a heart of gold.


 Tess: Lewisham

Trainer, Lewisham

Tess has always been interested in health and fitness and has played sport her whole life. Tess wants to help people to live the best quality of life, whether that be going on a dream holiday, running the city to surf or something simple like being able to do the shopping without needing help. Tess completed a Bachelor of Applied Science and completed a certificate III in fitness at the same time. That allowed her to train healthy people and sports people, but she wanted to reach out to more!

Tess continued her studies and completed a Masters of Exercise Physiology and now also trains people with varying conditions. That’s not all, Tess is currently studying a Masters of Research because she just loves learning (Nerd Alert!). Tess has been in the health industry for over 7 years and she absolutely loves it, being able to help people reach their goals and to be the best version of themselves. Tess loves meeting new people, teaching correct movement patterns while pushing individual boundaries, including high intensity running, resistance exercises and metabolic circuits, in turn seeing people smash their goals.


Zorana: Redfern

Trainer, Redfern

Zorana is a devoted instructor with over 2 years experience in Mat Pilates and Fitness in Europe, and over 1 year in Bootcamp in Australia. Zorana completed her Cert 3 and Cert 4 in Fitness and a Diploma in Sport and Fitness. Zorana’s preferred training style is body weight and compound exercise, as it adds to the physical aspect by improving the balance and coordination significantly. This is supported by variations of movements and combinations of exercises. Zorana loves cheat meals and dislikes ‘whingemops’.
