Our trainers are the best in the industry. We hire only the best personal trainers and fitness professionals. They have studied and trained for years to qualify for our team, and now they are dedicated to making your training experience both rewarding and satisfying. Our trainers are women and men who’s CVs reflect more than just experience in personal training and technical knowledge – on top of this, they have demonstrated passion for all things health and fitness, possess a great can-do attitude, have excellent communication skills, and care about their clients and helping them achieve their goals. All She FITNESS trainers are certified, insured and have current Senior First Aid Certificates.
Angela lives and breathes health and fitness and is well into completing her master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Her friendly, energetic, happy and chirpy persona makes her morning sessions far more effective than a ‘long black’. Her passion for sport is the driving force behind Angela’s dedication.
An inspirational trainer with an excellent knowledge who is focused on developing her clients as well as herself. We’re fairly certain Angela doesn’t sleep as she still manages to find spare time to hit the beach and hang with friends.
When she’s not helping her clients achieve awesome results, you’ll find Tanya at the movies, trail running, or trying new cafe’s. Her love of health and fitness and passion to help others live a fit and healthy life led her to change her career from being a graphic designer. Tanya is dedicated to health and fitness and an inspirational trainer through her own achievements such as completing a 30km trail run in 2014.
Tanya likes to dance in complete darkness, so maybe you can convince her to show you some dance moves, and she’s also a big fan of boxing and tabata training.
She’s completed a punchfitcourse, and in 2015 plans to do both a kettlebell and a postural analysis course.
Thomasine is an exceptional trainer and has an awesome combination of technical knowledge, creativity, passion and a super friendly personality that makes you feel welcome the first time you attend one of her sessions. She loves cross training, and prides herself on her varied sessions with a keen eye on improving running technique. Everyone who attends one of Thomasine’s sessions has a great time and knows they’ve done a workout.
Naturally adventurous, Thomasine has completed her PADI open water SCUBA qualification, and is hoping to do an Everest Base Camp trek in the future. She has also completed courses in Kettlebells, Powerbags, Battle ropes, and Punchfit boxing.
Celestina is a true professional and she loves nothing more than helping her clients change their lives and she is always going the extra mile to give them the best possible experience. No one will ever get bored of her sessions and she’s always dreaming up new and creative ways to make her sessions fun and challenging. She has completed a diploma of physical education and Kettlebells, Punchfit, and Motivated to Train Level 1 & 2 courses.
Cele has a passion for being outdoors and enjoying what nature has to offer. In her spare time you’ll find her at the beach with her family or surfing. One funny thing you should know about Celestina is that she has a fear of cats. Not just any cat…..but the small, cuddly and cute ones that people keep for pets.

Elaine has incredible knowledge regarding how to train and how to fuel the body and she is a certified nutrition coach, wellbeing coach, and is currently completing a degree in nutrition. She also happens to be an excellent cook, so if you’re looking for healthy recipes that are actually delicious, she’s the girl to talk to. In May last year, she dedicated herself to training and competing in her first body building competition and achieved 13% body fat, all while organising her wedding and working full time. Now that’s commitment. Elaine suffers from “foot in mouth syndrome”, so if you hear her say something silly, don’t take it personally as she has a heart of gold.
Trainer, North Parramatta
Trish is a delight to be around and likes to push herself as much as she pushes the girls in her classes. Always looking to take it to the next level, she regularly participates in obstacle events. Her sessions have a holistic approach and contain a good mix of cardio, strength and core exercises. Her happy-go-lucky attitude combines well with her disciplined psychology towards training.
Trish hopes to complete a half marathon in less 2 hours, in 2015. Despite having great coordination and technique when performing even the most challenging of exercises, Trish has a tendency to be a little clumsy and has been known to struggle when it comes to negotiating doorways, more hitting the frame than finding the way. Fortunately her happy outlook allows her to laugh it off.
Jason is the head trainer of our Burwood location. He is an energetic and passionate personal trainer and he was awarded Australian Institute of Fitness Class Champion. Jason is also a foodie, and loves fine dining and ice cream (in moderation of course). His sessions are jam-packed with boxing, strength and body weight exercises, along with body balance, which teaches you to use your body weight to activate the correct muscles. Jason is extremely positive, and believes in always looking forward. He has completed a Punchfit course, and is planning to do a massage therapy course in 2015.
One of the first things you’ll notice when meeting Krystal is her super bubbly personality and her great sense of humour. She loves training and working on her own fitness goals and enjoys mixing interval training and strength training to maximise results. One of her favourite things to do in her spare time is to hit the beach, chuck on her iPod and relax while enjoying the sun and zoning out from the world. The thing that Krystal loves the most is being a mum to her beautiful son Kai. She has found her passion in fitness and wants to be able to share her strength as a single mum with other women who want to get fit and make positive changes to their lives.
She wants to further her fitness career by studying nutrition and strength and conditioning.
A scary thing to know about Krystal is that she has a phobia of rollercoasters!
