How much is a membership at She FITNESS?

Can I try your program first with no obligation to continue?
Absolutely! You can try our program and get a FREE session by filling up the form located on the right side of each web page.
How do I register for a regular membership?
If you wish to join on a regular membership, go to our BOOTCAMP LOCATIONS page and choose your preferred location/ membership. After submission of the Membership Agreement, you need to create an account online to access our booking system.

Click “Register” for new accounts.
Do I have access to all locations?
Yes. As a She FITNESS member, you can train as much as you want at any of our locations.
What is the schedule/timetable of your group fitness sessions?

How do I pay for my She FITNESS membership?
Membership is payable weekly in advance by direct debit through your Visa/Mastercard.
Can I book 1 month in advance?
No. Sessions can be booked up to 7 days in advance (which is why the calendar will be grayed-out for future dates beyond 7 days). Booking cut-off times for morning sessions is 9pm the evening before. Lunchtime sessions and evening sessions have a cut-off time of 90 minutes prior to your session.
Can I just turn up on a session anytime to attend training?
All sessions must be booked online using the booking system.

Can I freeze my membership because I cannot attend trainings at the moment?
You may freeze for up to four (4) weeks in every twelve (12) months of membership at no additional cost to you. Any freeze over four (4) weeks will incur a fee of $15 per seven (7) days.
Are there extra charges once I have decided to join She FITNESS?
Yes. Your initial payment covers your first two weeks of unlimited group personal training plus your one-time new account fee ($30) which also includes your She FITNESS T-shirt. There is a $1.50 (or 2%) transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard.
Debit Success charge $10 to set up an account with them.
What happen if it rains?
We try to still train even if it rains and we do our absolute best to not cancel a session unless it is dangerous or absolutely miserable. The easiest and fastest way to know if a session is cancelled is to check our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/shefitness for announcements of cancellations or call 1300 565 700. If you are unsure, it is best to send a SMS to the Coach that will be instructing your session. For more information, please read and download our policies on attendance, bookings and cancellations.
How do I find out if a She FITNESS session is cancelled?
Check our Facebook page regularly for announcements of cancellations, www.facebook.com/shefitness or call 1300 565 700.
You can also send an SMS to your trainer. Click HERE for your trainers’ number.
What if I missed a session and wasn’t able to cancel it online? Do I have to pay a charitable donation?
Booking a session without showing up (No Show) or attending a session without booking (No Booker) will result in a $10 charitable donation if done twice in a row. If you need to cancel or book a session within the cut-off times, you must notify your coach via SMS or call 1300 565 700.
What happens if I am sick or injured and cannot attend multiple She FITNESS sessions?
Since She FITNESS has heaps of scheduled training sessions throughout the month at multiple locations, missing a few days training due to illness or injury isn’t a biggie since these days can easily be made up once you’ve recovered. However, if an injury or illness prevents you from attending She FITNESS for more than two consecutive weeks and you would like to freeze your membership, you will be required to notify management in writing and provide a doctor’s certificate.
Can I cancel my She FITNESS membership?
After the minimum period provided in your contract, you can cancel your membership any time by sending an email to She FITNESS at email@example.com at least 14 days prior to cancellation. If you have a Fixed Term membership and the minimum term will not have expired by the proposed termination date, you must make a final payment equal to 70% of the remaining minimum payments (“Termination Fee”)
What happens if I rejoin?
If you wish to cancel your membership and rejoin, a $30 rejoining fee will apply.
Does She FITNESS run year-round?
Yes, Sydney’s climate allows us to exercise outdoors year-round! She FITNESS is closed on Public Holidays and there are no training sessions held on these days.
