When did you join She FITNESS?
Why did you join She FITNESS?
I purchased a Scoopon voucher that allowed me to train unlimited times for one month. At the end of the month, I was hooked and became a member.
What were your goals ? What did you want to achieve?
I have always exercised and been reasonably healthy but wanted something that would push me a bit more and take my fitness to the next level. I enjoy exercising outdoors much more so than in a gym so that aspect of She Fitness really appealed to me. And there's always a couple of extra kilos to get rid of!
How did you feel when you started?
I struggled with the early mornings at first and felt tired and sluggish.
What changes did you make to live a healthy lifestyle?
I've changed when I exercise. Getting up in the dark to exercise was a foreign concept to me but now I enjoy it. Exercising first thing in the morning means it's done and out of the way with none of the excuses that can pop up during the day or talking myself out of doing a session. I also am a bit more careful about what I eat and try to choose healthier options.
How do you feel now?
I feel the fittest and strongest I have ever felt and I enjoy the difference I see in my body shape .
How will you continue to support yourself and live a healthy lifestyle?
Keep going to at least 2 classes a week and using She Fitness for motivation and inspiration.
What are your new goals?
I would like to train 4 times a week if the times and locations permit to further increase my fitness and continue to push myself in every class.
