All classes are 45 mins, fun, non-intimidating and for all fitness levels. We provide all the equipment. Just bring your smile!

STRIKE:
The ultimate stress reliever and a great fat burner. A perfect mix of high-energy cardio boxing with body weight exercises and a core blast. Don’t worry if you’ve never done it before, you’ll pick it up straight away. A favourite for our members!
SCULPT:
A full-body toning session, focusing on improving overall strength and core sculpting. More controlled tempo and slower pace than our Sweat classes, using a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and bodyweight with less running.
SWEAT:
A fun, high-energy fat blasting session that targets every part of your body by blending high-intensity interval training, strength exercises and an ab blast all into 45 minutes. This is a guaranteed great workout!

When and where?

Boot camp is located at Chatswood Park, on Orchard Road in Chatswood-just a two minute walk from the train station.

The morning sessions are from 6am, and you’ll meet your trainer on the Chapman Avenue side of the oval next to the pine trees. For the evening sessions we meet at 6.30pm, and you’ll find us close to the kids park, and next to the grand stand at the northern end of the oval.

We also have a covered area in case it rains which means our sessions are always on and you can stay dry!
