All classes are 45 mins, fun, non-intimidating and for all fitness levels. We provide all the equipment. Just bring your smile!
STRIKE:
The ultimate stress reliever and a great fat burner. A perfect mix of high-energy cardio boxing with body weight exercises and a core blast. Don’t worry if you’ve never done it before, you’ll pick it up straight away. A favourite for our members!
SCULPT:
A full-body toning session, focusing on improving overall strength and core sculpting. More controlled tempo and slower pace than our Sweat classes, using a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and bodyweight with less running.
SWEAT:
A fun, high-energy fat blasting session that targets every part of your body by blending high-intensity interval training, strength exercises and an ab blast all into 45 minutes. This is a guaranteed great workout!

When and where?

We’ll be working out at Crystal Park, which is between Broome Street and Crystal Street in Waterloo. You’ll find us in the park located in the heart of the Meriton apartment complexes.

We meet at the other end of the park under the arches near South Dowling Street when it is raining.
