It has been great to see how far Brenda has come in such a short time with us at She Fitness. Her consistency and dedication has been incredible and I know that this will lead to more improvements in her fitness and weight loss goals.

When did you join She FITNESS?
End of April
Why did you join She FITNESS?
Lose weight and get fit. I hadn't done proper exercise in over a year and wanted to get into shape.
What were your goals ? What did you want to achieve?
To lose weight and feel better about myself.
How did you feel when you started?
So sore and so unfit and was unsure about returning to the next sessions.
What changes did you make to live a healthy lifestyle?
I have given up all bread, rice, potato and pasta, cut down on alcohol intake and not drinking any beer, obviously started with She Fitness… I try to do a light jog on the days I don't go to bootcamp.
How do you feel now?
I have more energy, I feel I can get through the bootcamp sessions a bit easier and that my fitness levels are improving, feel a bit more toned but I haven't weighed myself to see the benefits there.
How will you continue to support yourself and live a healthy lifestyle?
Continue to attend She Fitness and eat healthier.
What are your new goals?
Push myself harder and continue to try to lose weight
