"Since joining She FITNESS just over 3 months ago, I have truly caught the exercise bug. I had never particularly enjoyed training, but since joining the team, I have learned to love it and haven't missed a session. I have lost both kilos and inches, and now have a much leaner profile, not to mention my fitness having improved hugely. I am now training for my first triathlon along with 2 half marathons… all feats I never thought I would even want to do, let alone feel I could achieve! It's a great and friendly small group environment and the Coaches are incredibly supportive and encouraging, with a lot of personal attention – I couldn't recommend a better group to train with, wherever you are starting from."
