When did you join She FITNESS?
Why did you join She FITNESS?
It was through a letter drop that I found out about She Fitness and the timing was perfect. It was local and the flexibility of times and venues was a help. I joined because I was feeling tired and unfit with a 5 month old baby and 2 other children.
What were your goals ? What did you want to achieve?
I wanted to get fitter and stronger and increase my energy levels to look after my family and myself.
How did you feel when you started?
I felt physically weak and lacking in energy and drive. I could barely do one sit-up at the first session!
What changes did you make to live a healthy lifestyle?
For the first 5 months, I attended 2 sessions a week. My trainer Jeremy was very encouraging from the outset. Although it was hard at first, I could feel the improvement and that was motivating. I looked forward to each session to work with Jeremy and my fellow partners. Since the start of this year, I attend 3 times a week and am trying to make healtheir food choices as well as keeping a food diary. My curernt trainer, Cele is very supportive of this.
How do you feel now?
I feel much happier and healthier physically and personally. This is because exercise has now become part of my regular routine.
How will you continue to support yourself and live a healthy lifestyle?
Through training 3 times a week with my fabulous trainer Cele and supportive class members.
What are your new goals?
My immediate plan is to continue 3 sessions a week and focus on healthy eating. To always challenge myself.
