Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions can I attend each week?

Accelerator memberships allow access to unlimited sessions. Results memberships allow access to 3 sessions per week.

What happens if I go away on holidays or if I am sick?

All memberships can be frozen for FREE for 6 weeks per calendar year. Further suspensions are charged at $5/week.

Do you offer one-on-one personal training?

Yes. We understand that some members may want the added accountability and guidance from a one-on-one personal training session. Please email us at info@shefitness.com.au for pricing.

Can I upgrade to a longer term at any time?

Yes. Simply email us at info@shefitness.com.au and we will take care of that for you.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and bank direct debits.

What happens if I want to cancel?

You must email info@shefitness.com.au notifying of your request. 30 days notice is required and your minimum term needs to be completed.

How can I suspend my membership?

Email angelav.shefitness@gmail.com with the dates you would like your membership suspended with at least 7 days notice. You are able to suspend your membership in 7 day blocks.
