When did you join She FITNESS?
Why did you join She FITNESS?
I joined She FITNESS to lose weight which thank God, I have been doing.
What were your goals ? What did you want to achieve?
My goal is to have a toned body and build self esteem and confidence. I also want to achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle.
How did you feel when you started?
I felt like I had a lot to lose but as I kept going, I saw heaps of changes in myself and my body.
What changes did you make to live a healthy lifestyle?
I had to definitely eat well. Most of all, I got into the routine of coming to She FINTESS 3 times a week.
How do you feel now?
I feel happy and confident. It's a lot easier to shop now for clothes as I'm losing the weight.
How will you continue to support yourself and live a healthy lifestyle?
I don't want to go back to the old me so I'm going to keep up my diet and fitness training until I'm satisfied with myself and maintain myself from there.
What are your new goals?
I would like to get my dream body and keep up the healthy lifestyle.
