She FITNESS is about ‘Making Strong Women, Stronger’ and helping women improve their health, fitness, performance, self-confidence, motivation and self-esteem.
She Fitness is a women-only fitness bootcamp which aims to help women lose weight and improve their health, fitness and self-esteem through friendly group workouts run at 15 convenient outdoor locations across Sydney and Wollongong. Our 45-minute sessions incorporate a mix of strength and fitness training designed to help women reach their exercise and health goals faster. Run by experienced and supportive instructors, classes are ideal for female beginners to experienced exercisers in a fun, friendly group fitness environment. Our flexible memberships give you access to as many bootcamp sessions at your chosen location, as well as nutritional plans to help you get great results!

The most rewarding feeling of being a She FITNESS Coach is seeing the results and positive changes in our members. I founded She FITNESS in 2008 after going through my own weight loss journey. My life used to be very different a few years ago. I’ve always been a big eater and food lover, so much so that I had ballooned out to 104kg. I was always out of breath, felt miserable and had a low self-esteem.
Then one day, I decided to do something about it. It took a few tries, but I lost 22kg through diet and exercise and kept it off. My weight loss journey led to a passion for fitness.
I decided to quit my corporate job to become a personal trainer and help others change their lives and get the best out of themselves. I have completed a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), Certificate 4 in Personal Training and I am also a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach and Level 1 CrossFit Trainer.
What I love most about She FITNESS is the diversity amongst our members – their different fitness levels, ages, and backgrounds; and how they all come together, have a great workout and develop friendships. It is something that is very unique and that you wouldn’t find in a gym or any other bootcamp environment.
I am always focused on being the best Coach that I can be. During each She FITNESS session I strive to give more of myself and do everything I can to motivate my clients to get the best out of themselves. My sessions are challenging, but rewarding. I am a stickler for perfect technique and I pride myself on the variety of my workouts as well as making sure that every workout is an awesome workout for each and every member.
I am very fortunate to have such great members, as well as an awesome team of Coaches and an amazing wife to help make things possible. My favourite saying is ‘Nothing changes, if nothing changes.’ I love dogs, steak, basketball and am a die-hard San Antonio Spurs fan! In my spare time I enjoy being active, eating, drinking and hanging out with my friends and family.
