You have been such a positive, friendly addition to the team at Redfern and increasingly, your commitment has really shown. You attended the highest number of sessions out of anyone else during September which is fantastic and you've really taken it up a notch with the level of your exercises.

When did you join She FITNESS?
Why did you join She FITNESS?
I liked the idea of exercising outdoors and wanted to improve my fitness.
How did you feel when you started?
I felt prett lethargic and unfit.
What changes did you make to live a healthy lifestyle?
Iam eanting much healthier. Wokring hard at bootcmp ensures I make better food choices. I really love food but eating badly is definitely not worth the extra burpees haha.
How do you feel now?
Since starting bootcamp, I've really noticed a difference in my fitness level – most noticeably, the time it takes me to complete my fitness test has been decreasing. I am no longer tired all the time and am able to get more out of my day!
How will you continue to support yourself and live a healthy lifestyle?
Attend all of my bootcamp sessions and keep active on weekends.
What are your new goals?
To be fit, healthy and happy.
