It has been fantastic having you back with the She Fitness community and I'm really pleased to take this opportunity to give formal recognition for the awesome work you put in at your sessions!
You get on so well with everyone and are such an engaging and friendly part of the She Fitness crew which makes it so enjoyable for the whole group.
You never complain either, well not much anyway (ab work is no joke right?!

When did you join She FITNESS?
Why did you join She FITNESS?
I’m not very good at exercising on my own, group training keeps me motivated.
What were your goals ? What did you want to achieve?
Increase my overall fitness but in particular cardio and core strength
How did you feel when you started?
How do you feel now?
I have more energy and find other activities that I do such as yoga and swimming are becoming easier.
How will you continue to support yourself and live a healthy lifestyle?
More exercise and less chocolate.
