I’ve been training with She FITNESS for over a year now and am hooked. For someone that hates the gym and who was a bit skeptical when I signed up, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I actually enjoyed it! The reason it works for me is that it’s group training with a great bunch of women (of all fitness levels) in an outdoor setting (which I much prefer to being cooped up in a gym) and you never get bored because there is so much variety in the workouts; from boxing to circuit training, running to core work, the hour goes really quickly. There is definitely a noticeable difference in my fitness level and I am slowly but surely getting more toned which was one of my main objectives, and this is from going just twice a week.
