It's been unreal having you train with She Fitness. Your attitude at your sessions is so positive. You're determined and competitive but also a complete team player and really supportive of the girls in the group. You bring a really great energy and fun to the group and I'm really pleased to take this opportunity to give formal recognition for the awesome work you put in at your sessions!

Mel shares her story with us.
"I joined in February 2014. I wanted to do a group activity as I hate gyms and work weird hours so I couldn't join a sport team, my goals were just to be more active as I sit down at work all day.
Since starting, I feel great. It makes a huge difference to my day. I have a lot more energy on days we train and feel a lot better about myself. I love food so I'm not the kind of person to go on hard core diets but I'm making a conscious effort to choose healthier meals and avoid more sit-ups. haha. I go away a lot for work so I miss out on sessions every now and then so I'd like to commit to do as many as I can when I'm here."
