Today’s 15 minute Workout: (45 seconds of each exercise x 3 rounds with 45 seconds of rest in between rounds)
1. Box jumps
2. 10m shuttle run
3. Narrow grip pushups
Modifications:Perform step-ups instead of box jumps and narrow grip pushups on your knees.
Tips: Focus on full range of motion on your squats and pushups; extending your hips and standing up tall during your box jumps or step-ups; and squeezing your belly button into your spine while performing plank.
