She Fitness Redfern Boot Camp – Congratulations to Stephanie Radurier, She Fitness Redfern Boot camp Member of the Month for April!!!
Congratulations, Steph. You've shown such a great commitment to your health and overall well being and setting yourself the challenge of running She Runs the Night and running the whole thing just proves that it's all paying off for you.
It's so awesome to have you in the Redfern team. It's so great to see you push hard with every session and enjoy every minute of it. You've attended the most sessions out of everyone this month and nearly made it to every single session which is phenomenal!
Top work hun and once again, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

When did you join She FITNESS?
I originally joined SheFitness 4 years ago, but only came back in December after Richie sent me an email saying that "he missed me"
Why did you join She FITNESS?
I am going through a lot of challenges at the moment and I was looking to get both my mind and body in shape, She Fitness seems like the perfect option for me.
What were your goals ? What did you want to achieve?
I didn't really have a goal. I could just see myself putting on weight slowly and didn't seem to be able to control it, which was making me very unhappy and depressed.
How did you feel when you started?
At first, I felt like I was really behind the other girls. However, they have always been here to push me and encourage me.
What changes did you make to live a healthy lifestyle?
Three times a week, I stop my alarm, put my gym clothes on, brush my teeth, tie my hair in what looks like a ponytail and straight out the door to meet Thomasine & the girls and have a great time!
After a big training session, the last thing you want to do is to overindulge. I am not a big fan of fruits and veggies but I find that fresh home-made juice is the perfect solution for me to slowly include them in my diet. I still enjoy nutella and a good glass of wine…but I will think twice about having a second spoon full or glass!
How do you feel now?
I feel awesome! Just took part to the Nike She Runs the Night. I had never run 10km before and I managed to complete the run without walking once in 1:04:54…no world record but pretty happy with that!
How will you continue to support yourself and live a healthy lifestyle?
I will just keep working on my fitness one day at a time, no drastic changes just slow improvements. I know that Thomasine will always be here to cheer me up whenever my mind is letting go!
What are your new goals? >
Complete the City To Surf in August. (I wouldn't mind taking a few friends from the Redfern crew with me!). Keep being healthy and happy!
