I joined She FITNESS in May 2011 after getting engaged. At the time, I was a member of a gym, but I was finding it hard to find the motivation to attend consistently. I was looking for something with a bit more accountability, and something that would push me physically. I’ve been training with She FITNESS for over a year now and am hooked. For someone that hates the gym and who was a bit skeptical when I signed up, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I actually enjoyed it! The reason it works for me is that it’s group training with a great bunch of women (of all fitness levels) in an outdoor setting (which I much prefer to being cooped up in a gym) and you never get bored because there is so much variety in the workouts; from boxing to circuit training, running to core work,

Sarah is one of our newest members and has been training at our Coogee location for the past two months. She has shown great commitment and consistency, and in that short period of time, she has made big improvements in her strength, stamina and general level of fitness.
