Payment and Billing:
- All billing is paid in advance and done fortnightly via credit card (Visa/Mastercard
- Your initial payment covers your first two weeks of unlimited group personal training (2x $39) plus your new-account fee ($49) which also includes your One-on-One Power Up Consultation, 6 week re-assessment and Member Starter Kit. There is a 1.5% surcharge for Visa/Mastercard.
- Your billing date is every fortnight based on the date of your initial signup.
Memberships:
- The minimum term for your She FITNESS membership is 4 weeks. We believe that it is important for new members to try She FITNESS for at least 4 weeks to start experiencing the great benefits and results associated with our program.
- Membership cancellation is an easy and pain-free process. Notification of membership cancellation must be received in writing, either by mail or email at least 14 days in advance of cancellation taking effect. Memberships and will automatically renew every fortnight until you provide 14 days written notice to cancel or stop your membership. If you wish to cancel your membership, it is your responsibility to inform management in writing and respect this term and condition.
- If an injury or illness prevents you from attending She FITNESS for more than two consecutive weeks and you would like to place a freeze on your membership, you will be required to notify management in writing and provide a doctor’s certificate.
- You are entitled to freeze your membership for a maximum of 4 weeks out of a 52 week period. Minimum freeze time is 1 week. If you wish to cancel your membership and rejoin, a $49 rejoining fee will apply.
Booking Sessions:
- Sessions can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Booking cut-off times for morning sessions is 9pm the evening before. Lunchtime sessions and evening sessions have a cut-off time of 90 minutes prior to your session.
- All sessions must be booked online using the booking system.
- Booking a session without showing up (No Show) or attending a session without booking (No Booker) will result in a $2.50 charitable donation. If you need to cancel or book a session within the cut-off times, you must notify your Coach by SMS.
Extras:
- She FITNESS memberships and Member Reward cards are not transferable and must only be used by the registered member. Any misuse of the membership will result in the membership being cancelled without refund.
- She FITNESS reserve the right to change session times, promotions, prices and cancel any membership in breech of conduct which in the view management is offensive to members and/or staff or represents a health and safety danger
- She FITNESS sessions run all year except on public holidays.
- She FITNESS will not offer any make up sessions or credit for missed/unused sessions (except at the managers discretion).
Informed Consent
She FITNESS shall not be liable or responsible to the participants for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, illness, loss or damage to the person or property of the participant, whatsoever and however arising. The participant accepts that the program developed by She FITNESS has been developed in good faith relying (among other things) on the information provided by the participant. I am aware it is my responsibility to consult with my personal physician regarding my medical fitness to engage in exercise.
