She Fitness Chatswood Boot Camp – Congratulations to Terri Nichols, She Fitness Chatswood Boot camp Member of the Month for April!!!

When did you join She FITNESS?
Why did you join She FITNESS?
Had lost around 38k and was starting to exercise. Saw people in the oval while walking the dog and then got a flyer and decided to try it.
What were your goals ? What did you want to achieve?
Build on my Michelle Bridges program and aim to be ‘fit and 50’ by March this year
How did you feel when you started?
Could barely run 100m or do a few sit ups. Was quite nervous of working out with younger, much fitter girls.
What changes did you make to live a healthy lifestyle?
Made the commitment to 3 mornings a week unless sick or away – have pretty much stuck to that commitment.
How do you feel now?
Feel fitter and stronger than I have ever been. The other girls are fantastic and so encouraging.
How will you continue to support yourself and live a healthy lifestyle?
Learning to run as well as bootcamp and watching what I eat.
What are your new goals? >
I am at my goal weight but have many health and fitness goals. Planning to run the 4k Mothers day classic on weekend without slowing to a walk, and eventually in the next 12 months, a 10k. My husband and I are planning to hike the Inka Trail to Machu Picchu next year!
